By accessing our website, purchasing services, enrolling in coaching programs, or otherwise engaging with our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. 1. Coaching Services

Hearts Aligned Coaching LLC provides personal development, mindset, relationship, wellness, and/or life coaching services through virtual sessions, digital programs, workshops, memberships, courses, and related content.

Coaching services are intended for educational, informational, and motivational purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old; and

  • You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

If you are participating on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. No Guarantees

Results from coaching services vary by individual. Hearts Aligned Coaching LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes, financial results, personal transformation, relationship success, emotional healing, or any other particular result.

Your success depends on your own effort, commitment, decisions, and circumstances.

4. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • You are solely responsible for your own physical, mental, emotional, and financial well-being;

  • Coaching is a collaborative process and requires active participation;

  • You are responsible for implementing any strategies, insights, or recommendations provided during coaching.

You agree to seek appropriate licensed professional support when necessary.

5. Medical and Mental Health Disclaimer

Our services are not therapy, counseling, psychiatry, or medical treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical condition.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact a qualified healthcare provider or emergency services immediately.

6. Payments and Fees

All fees must be paid in full according to the payment terms presented at checkout, invoice, or service agreement.

Payment Terms

  • Payments may be made via approved payment processors.

  • Installment plans must be paid on time according to the agreed schedule.

  • Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

Late or Failed Payments

We reserve the right to:

  • Charge late fees where permitted by law;

  • Suspend access to coaching programs or materials;

  • Send unpaid balances to collections.

7. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Coaching services, digital products, workshops, and programs are non-refundable.

  • Missed sessions are forfeited unless rescheduled according to our cancellation policy.

  • Refund exceptions, if any, are granted solely at our discretion.

8. Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a coaching session.

Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.

We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to emergencies, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will maintain confidentiality regarding information shared during coaching sessions, except where disclosure is required by law, including:

  • Threats of harm to self or others;

  • Suspected abuse or neglect;

  • Court orders or legal obligations.

You understand that electronic communications and virtual platforms cannot be guaranteed 100% secure.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Hearts Aligned Coaching LLC, including but not limited to:

  • Workbooks,

  • Videos,

  • PDFs,

  • Coaching frameworks,

  • Branding,

  • Course materials,

  • Website content,

are the intellectual property of Hearts Aligned Coaching LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or shared without prior written permission.

You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

11. Community Conduct

If participating in group programs, memberships, or online communities, you agree to:

  • Treat others respectfully;

  • Avoid harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior;

  • Maintain confidentiality of fellow participants.

We reserve the right to remove participants without refund for inappropriate conduct.

12. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes;

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts;

  • Distribute malicious software or spam;

  • Copy or exploit website content without permission.

13. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms, software, payment processors, or communication tools. We are not responsible for the practices, policies, or availability of third-party services.

Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hearts Aligned Coaching LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damage arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable services within the preceding 12 months.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hearts Aligned Coaching LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of services;

  • Your violation of these Terms;

  • Your actions or omissions.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services at our discretion for:

  • Nonpayment;

  • Violations of these Terms;

  • Disruptive or harmful behavior or language;

  • Misuse of coaching services or materials.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Georgia.

18. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions become effective upon posting to our website or distribution to clients.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
